Booking Confirmation:
Sessions are subject to availability, and booking confirmation is required. Please schedule your sessions in advance to secure your preferred dates and times.
Session Duration:
Each content session (both strategy and creation) adheres to the specified time duration. Any additional time beyond the allotted duration may be subject to additional charges.
One-Year Redemption Period:
The one-year redemption period begins from the date of purchase. Sessions must be scheduled and completed within this timeframe. Extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Transferable:
This offer is non-transferable once booked. The individual or business for whom the offer was intended must be the recipient of the services.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure compatibility with Esquire Writing Co.'s software and communication tools. Technical compatibility issues are not grounds for refunds.
Scope of Graphic Design Services:
For the free branding or promotional graphic, the scope of design services includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available once the sessions have been booked and confirmed. In case of dissatisfaction, Esquire Writing Co. is committed to addressing concerns through collaborative solutions.

All communications related to the sessions, including scheduling, changes, and feedback, will primarily occur through email or other agreed-upon communication channels.
