Meet Will Zee' Tidwell, the CEO of SpeakUPZee, LLC, based out of Little Rock, Arkansas. With a profound passion for uplifting others and creating meaningful change, he has dedicated his life to fostering growth, providing opportunities, and making a lasting impact. Will's story is one that is very unqiue, and one where he has used his own experiences, wisdom, and knowledge to birth something so much bigger than him. 

Over the years, SpeakUPZee has achieved remarkable milestones, touching the lives of 100,000 men, women, and children through their unique community outreach programs. From pioneering feeding initiatives to youth mentoring programs and detail programs that offer jobs and opportunities to the youth, his relentless commitment to building a stronger community has been widely recognized.

In recognition of his unwavering efforts, Tidwell has been honored with the prestigious titles of Community Activist of the Year and Man of the Year. These accolades serve as a testament to the dedication and passion that drive him to make a difference in the lives of those he serves.

Through partnering with numerous small businesses, organizations, and platforms, he has come to understand the crucial need for resources, brand awareness, help with communications, and more. As a result, his focus shifted after reaching the 100,000 goal, giving birth to Esquire Writing & Media, a company under the SpeakUPZee parent company name. While his love for the community and being a resource to help others reach their full potential remains unchanged, the vehicle through which he accomplishes this has transformed.

Lastly, Will's ability to speak, write, tell stories, serve his community, and help others find their own unique voice has birthed the many platforms we have today. Drawing inspiration from his personal story, hardships, and lessons, he remains motivated to continue the journey of empowerment, using his platform to uplift others and create a brighter future for all.
